May 2nd 2015 is “Swim Safe Saturday” in Redlands. Come in, have a Hot Dog, and enter to Win FREE Swim Lessons from the YMCA!

In recognition of National Water Safety Month, the fourth annual “Swim Safe Saturday” is set for May 2nd, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Redlands Pool & Spa Center!

“Swim Safe Saturday” at Redlands Pool & Spa Center will focus on water fun and safety for all ages. We will partner with the Redlands YMCA Aquatic Program to help provide financial assistance to families for swim lessons and water safety education.

  • FREE Swim Lessons, donated by the “Y” will be raffled off hourly from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m.
  • Representatives from Redlands YMCA Aquatic Program, Splash Kingdom Water Park, and the Redlands Fire Department will be on-site (RFD with their fire truck!) to promote safe water practices.
  • They will be joined by representatives of the manufacturers of pool and spa related safety products such as Poolsafe Fencing.
  • Games for children, as well as balloons, FREE hot dogs, popcorn, and soda will be provided from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

REDLANDS POOL & SPA CENTER is proud to join other members of APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Professionals), the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), World Waterpark Association (WWA), and the American Red Cross in promoting National Water Safety Month during the entire month of May.
